Summary of the position Reporting to the Director of Subcontractors and Buildings, the incumbent will be responsible for carrying out the necessary maintenance and corrections to buildings and infrastructures to ensure their compliance and full efficiency. Starting salary of $29.47/hour and up to $36.10/hour depending on experience DAY Shift Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Responsibilities Perform building maintenance work, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc. Perform maintenance and repair of all equipment related to building mechanics. Collaborate with the team on various building-related projects. Work closely with the coordinator for the implementation of internal procedures in the department. Act as a technical reference for team members. Any other related tasks. Skills and abilities needed Hold a D.E.P. or D.E.C. in relevant training or equivalent experience related to building mechanics; Have more than 3 to 5 years' experience in building mechanics; Experience in air conditioning,refrigeration, plumbing, electricity, carpentry (an asset); Ability to manage multiple requests; Be recognized for your organizational skills and enjoy challenges.
