CNC Programmer – Full Time

Lauzon Stoneworks is looking for a skilled CNC Programmer to join our growing team. If you have experience in CNC programming and a passion for precision manufacturing, this role is for you.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Program, test, and optimize CNC milling and lathe operations (Fanuc controls)
• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD models, and technical drawings
• Set up machines, select tooling, and perform changeovers
• Conduct quality checks using calipers and precision measurement tools
• Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow lean manufacturing practices
• Assist with occasional assembly and general shop tasks

🛠️ What You Bring

• Strong experience in CNC programming
• Solid mechanical and machining knowledge
• Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software (Easystone, SolidWorks, AlphaCam, etc.)
• Ability to read blueprints and work with tight tolerances
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and shop equipment
• Welding skills are a plus
