The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Manufacturing Production Operator for 3M Perth Scotch-Brite, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Safe and optimal use of equipment using established procedures
- Foster continuous Improvements by applying Lean principles
- Compliance with quality standards.
- Mechanical and Troubleshooting
- Develop Knowledge to troubleshoot plant processes, perform equipment changeovers, and complete minor repairs.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- High School diploma/Equivalent or higher (completed before start)
- Ability and flexibility to work shift rotations
- Must reside in Canada

- Proven track record of a proactive constructive approach and demonstration of a high level of focus and understanding in the areas of safety, quality, and productivity
- Post-Secondary Education
- Demonstrate the ability to achieve results both alone and in a cross-functional team

The expected compensation range for this position is $57,050 - $69,728, which includes base pay and variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
