Quality Assurance Technician
Development, support and maintenance of the TCCA AMO and AS9100 QMS systems; AS9102 FAIR preparation; Maintenance of other customer related reports; Internal auditing ; Supplier surveillance;· Implement instructions; Compile and analyze statistical data; Monitor compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements; ITAR compatible.
Education: Canadian government recognized college or university degree major in electrical or mechanical engineering or quality assurance
Quality Certification: ISO auditor or equivalent; over 10 years proven hands-on experience may be substituted for certification
Experience: minimum two (2) years hands on proven quality assurance inspector/technologist
Working conditions: fast pace, attention to detail, distinguish colours (not colour blind), etc.
Personal suitability: speak, read, write and communicate in English academic level is essential, follow orders and instructions, being able to work with others or individually with minimum supervision, team player
Remuneration: $29 - $31 per hour
Shift: day, Monday through Friday, 7:00 – 16:00 ET
Safety: criminal record check (fingerprints), TB testing and ITAR acceptance and continuous compliance; only Canadian citizens and permanent residents accepted.
