Co-Founder at Tiger Management Services (TMS)
Background
PITCH - Ontario Government to use lessons learned from the Skills Ontario Provincial Entrepreneurial Showcase floor as a proactive template* to inspire a proactive, value-add approach for the 2025 Ontario grades 11 and 12 Skilled Trades Co-op option participants. *Tiger Management Services (TMS) will provide that template after gathering more input from the maker / manufacturing ecosystem on the floor. This ecosystem created more potential business for TMS. The range of the ecosystem included clothing brands, jewelry, landscaping, guitar repair services, shots-on-goal sports tracking apps, 3D printed fidget gear, charcuterie boards and matching furniture. CONTEXT - The first-ever Skills Ontario: Provincial Entrepreneurial Showcase and pitch presentation was held on May 7, 2024, in the Toronto Congress Centre's Cohen Ballroom. This was part of a larger 3-day event with an estimated 2,500 students attending per day.

I am a 17-year-old high school student who studies at Thornhill Secondary School in Markham, Ontario. This year I met Rudrashish Jassal in my first semester accounting class and we quickly became friends. We took this passion and turned it into an entrepreneurial venture called Tiger Management Services. We are working to be your friendly forensic accountants and are excited to see what the future holds. We are a group of amiable forensic accountants who are enthusiastic about accounting and consulting. In addition to learning a great deal about the market in our economics class, we were able to learn a lot about bookkeeping and different financial statements in our first semester of high school accounting. We launched TMS due to a paying client coming to us.

To Whom it May Concern,
This letter is to provide a positive reference and confirmation of volunteer service for Paul
Briskin, who has successfully completed a volunteer position with our organization March 2024
– April 30, 2024. Paul consistently demonstrated exceptional skills and dedication in performing
a range of bookkeeping and administrative tasks.
Paul Briskin was responsible for:
Journal Entries: Accurately recording financial transactions in the general ledger, ensuring that all
entries reflected the correct accounts.
Bank Reconciliations: Assisting a Senior Manager with reconciling Bank Statements.
General ad hoc administrative tasks using Microsoft Teams, Google Forms and Excel.
Paul Briskin approached each task with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Their ability to quickly learn and adeptly use financial software like QuickBooks Online and
CaseWare was particularly impressive. They demonstrated not only technical competence but
also the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Moreover, Paul Briskin's commitment to excellence and proactive attitude greatly supported our
Firm during the busiest time of the year, Tax Season.
I have no doubt that Paul Briskin will continue to excel in their future endeavors and make
significant contributions wherever they go. It has been a pleasure working with such a dedicated
