My background encompasses more than 24 years experience in the Mining (Copper and Gold fixed and mobile assets, underground and open pit), Power and Renewable Energy Solar and Wind, Steel, Power systems for mobile and industrial sectors.I have a diverse career background, in different roles in Operations and Maintenance Management, Commercial and Technical Sales, Engineering, Asset and Facilities Management, Contract Negotiation, and Project Management, Leading huge teams more than 1000 people direct and indirect. Profit and Loss (P&L) improvements and follow up, Financial Knowledge, Strategies and Policies implementation, Corporate Social Responsibilities strategies and objectives, Coaching, People Management, high focus on EHS, Equipment Reliability, which I believe can bring value to your team by a huge focus on goals and customers, focus on safety and environment processes.
