Background

Hello, my name is Justin Miller, and I’m currently completing the Connecting to Careers in Construction: Pre-Apprenticeship Training in Masonry at OMTC through ACCES Employment. During this program, I’m gaining hands-on experience in brick and stone masonry, basic construction concepts, and workplace safety, including relevant certifications. I also bring strong transferable skills from my previous experience in fast-paced environments, including teamwork, problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication — developed through roles in fast food, Purolator, and manufacturing line work. I’m reliable, motivated, and eager to learn on the job, and I’m confident I can contribute as a valuable member of a skilled trades team.
