Background

Precision manufacturing specialist with over 14 years of experience in industrial design, tooling/molds and CNC programming (3, 4 and 5 axis), with professional experience in Mexico and Canada. Currently running the full operation of an ISO 9001:2015 certified shop serving automotive, aerospace and electronics clients — from quoting through delivery and final inspection. Built the tools that run that operation today: in-house quoting system, performance-based bonus scheme and shop floor digitalization, including AI adoption to boost productivity.
